Result oriented, and real life situation based pedagogy will be scrupulously followed, by adhering to the following time tested principles of effective pedagogy for B-schools-

  1. Foundation: - Laying strong academic foundation by efficient and experienced faculty.
  2. Application:- Application of theoretical knowledge by translating it into practical in Labs and on the job training i.e. hand on experiences.
  3. Integration:- The integration of theoretical knowledge and practical experiences to give shape to reality in surmounting business problems.
  4. Reinforcement:- Reinforcing knowledge, skills and techniques through lectures, seminars, case studies, interactions, role-play, presentations, quizzes etc.
  5. Research:- Students will be encouraged to take up research to further explore and expand their horizons.

The syllabus will be updated every year to include the latest trends and delete the obsolete ones. Close liaison with Industry will be maintained. The faculty members will remain in touch and familiarize themselves with latest developments in their core-competency areas by field based research.
